ANTITRUST

The Firm is actively involved in litigation concerning antitrust and unfair competition issues relating to, among others, vertical and horizontal price agreements, market allocations, concerted refusals to deal, monopolization, covenants not to compete, price-fixing and tying arrangements.  Our antitrust attorneys, with extensive experience in antitrust law and economics as well as knowledge of market realities, have represented businesses and individual consumers in antitrust cases in state and federal courts in the United States.  The Firm’s attorneys have particular experience representing businesses in actions alleging price discrimination under the Robinson-Patman Act, including successful trials to jury verdict.
