The Firm currently represents the State of Connecticut in four separate lawsuits pending in the Superior Court of Connecticut against pharmaceutical companies arising under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act alleging the manipulation of the average wholesale price of certain prescription drugs.  State of Connecticut v. Dey, Inc. et al., State of Connecticut v. Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; State of Connecticut v. Pharmacia Corp.; and State of Connecticut v. GlaxoSmithKline P.L.C. et al.
